These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and si6xs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the si6xs website, products, and services available at si6xs.vip. Use of si6xs is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one si6xs account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

2.1By registering an Account on si6xs, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any published amendments to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.2These Terms should be read in conjunction with the si6xs Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and si6xs.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use si6xs. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. si6xs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending such verification.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their participation in online gambling through si6xs is lawful in their jurisdiction. si6xs makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the Platform.
3.3 Pakistani Users. Pakistani Users acknowledge that online gambling laws in Pakistan are subject to change and that it is their personal responsibility to monitor and comply with applicable local legislation. si6xs does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a User's participation on the Platform in their local jurisdiction.
3.4 Employees. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and agents of si6xs and its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
4.1You may register only one Account on si6xs. Attempts to open multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods – are prohibited.
4.2You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3Your Account and login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
4.4si6xs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
4.5Account closure requests may be submitted through si6xs live chat support or by email to [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
5.1si6xs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as a standard component of its account management procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.
5.2Users may be required to provide the following documentation:
5.3si6xs reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspension of withdrawals, pending completion of a KYC review. Where a User fails to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period, si6xs may close the Account and return verified deposits in accordance with its anti-fraud procedures.
5.4All KYC documents must be submitted via the secure portal within your si6xs Account settings. Documents sent via email, messaging applications, or any other unsecured channel may not be accepted and will not be treated as compliant submissions.
6.1si6xs accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. si6xs does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.3Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your si6xs Account. These limits may vary by payment method and by Account tier.
6.4si6xs does not accept cash or physical payment of any kind. All transactions are processed electronically through the payment methods listed on the Platform.
Currency Note: All Account balances on si6xs are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani Users transacting in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) should be aware that exchange rate conversions may apply depending on payment method and selected currency.
7.1Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of verified real-money balances (i.e., balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions).
7.2Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing. Any withdrawal request submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending satisfactory identity verification.
7.3Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, si6xs may request an alternative verified payment method in the User's own name.
7.4Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Indicative timelines are provided within the Cashier section of the Platform. si6xs is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network conditions.
7.5si6xs reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests of high value or where unusual Account activity has been identified. Such checks may extend processing times and are conducted solely to protect the security of the Account and the integrity of the Platform.
8.1All promotional offers made available by si6xs are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. These may include, without limitation: wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum Bonus Funds caps, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry dates.
8.2Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the same wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
8.3Maximum bet restrictions during active bonus wagering are strictly enforced. Any bet placed in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
8.4si6xs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. si6xs may determine eligibility at its discretion and may decline to award a promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotional system.
8.5Only one promotion may be active on a si6xs Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
9.1All sports betting markets on si6xs are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. These rules take precedence over any general betting guidance provided elsewhere.
9.2Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are binding unless the bet is subsequently voided in accordance with these Terms or the applicable market rules.
9.3si6xs reserves the right to void or restrict any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity-threatening activity. Bets may also be voided where they have been accepted due to a manifest error in odds pricing.
9.4In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time without notice. si6xs accepts no liability for bets placed after an in-play event has concluded where the Platform has not yet reflected the result.
9.5Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the general sports betting rules as well as any cricket-specific market rules published on the si6xs Platform.
10.1All casino games available on the si6xs Platform, including live dealer games, RNG table games, and slots, are provided by third-party game studios. The rules of each game are governed by the in-game rules panel provided by the respective game studio.
10.2Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in si6xs Casino games are certified by independent testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published where available. RTP is a theoretical long-run statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session.
10.3In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino game session, si6xs will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the affected game state where technically possible. If the game state cannot be restored, the affected wager may be refunded at si6xs's discretion. si6xs is not liable for any claimed winnings that cannot be verified due to a technical failure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the si6xs Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and associated winnings:
11.1Where prohibited conduct is identified, si6xs reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals, recover previously paid winnings where applicable, and report the relevant activity to appropriate authorities.
12.1si6xs is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to make use of the Responsible Gaming Tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2Self-exclusion results in complete suspension of the Account and all associated marketing communications for the selected period. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
12.3si6xs operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Any User found to be under the legal gambling age will have their Account closed and any deposits returned.

13.1All content on the si6xs Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, design elements, game assets, text, and graphics, is the property of si6xs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
14.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
14.2si6xs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.3Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
15.1The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by si6xs is governed by the si6xs Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2si6xs implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect User personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls on systems holding sensitive Account and KYC data.
16.1si6xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, si6xs will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Users via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
16.2Your continued use of the si6xs Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
17.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which si6xs is incorporated and operated.
17.2In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the si6xs Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with si6xs Customer Support. Where direct resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to appropriate dispute resolution processes as determined by the Platform's operational jurisdiction.
17.3Users are reminded that the legality of online gambling varies by jurisdiction. Pakistani Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation on si6xs is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their specific location within Pakistan.
